Welcome to the first episode of Not Your Father's Movies! This is the first in a series where we tackle the Sam Raimi Spiderman trilogy.

These three films were legendary for paving the way for superhero films as we know them, and for us at NYFM, they were instrumental in shaping our interests in movies and comic characters as children. In our inaugural episode, we discuss the first Spiderman movie, our nostalgia, and how we feel about it now that we have children of our own to share it with.
